Preface:
Vanilla AF, this is a standalone version of the Anti-Materiel Rifle conversion for the Combat Shotgun/Rifle in Weapons Overhaul Redux. It is done on the philosophy of uncomplicating the weapon, specifically for those that are not patrons of my main mod.

A hard-hitting rifle chambered for 50-Cal
Integrated within stores and loot-table ( via Quest )
Shows up on Gunners, Raider Bosses, Minutemen, Railroad Agents

Can be modified as Semi-Automatic or Fully-Automatic
Optional "Plus" Patch - This will balance other Vanilla weapons with respect to this weapon
Increases AMR Damage to 90
Removes the chambering upgrade for other weapons for a basic "Advanced Receiver"
Tweaks the chambering side-grade for other weapons such as 5mm Receiver for Combat Rifle
Buffs Hunting Rifle damage to 44
Rechambers Combat Rifle for 5.56mm, damage to 30
Rechambers Assault Rifle for .308 Round, damage to 37, -20% Fire-Rate and Reload-Speed
Rechambers Pipe Bolt-Action for 5.56mm, damage to 34, +25% Fire-Rate and Reload-Speed
Buffs Submachine-Gun to 20 damage, Long-VATs burst
