    Adds the Seasons Change "Climate" and "Region" edits to True Storms AND/OR Vivid Weathers.

    Basically....:
    "Vivid Weather" has already some snowy Weather included, but why shouldn´t you use the "Seasons" Weather too?

    "True Storms" has NO snowy Weather included, so the Patch is needed...
