As the name suggests, this adds Traffic Cone hats and Bucket Hats for Feral Ghouls, akin to Plants vs. Zombies.

Feral ghouls will not start wearing traffic cone hats until later levels (LVL 15-41) and will start wearing buckets at even higher levels (LVL 42-62+) to simulate how it works in PvZ where the weaker zombies don't wear any hats. Note that the leveling depends on the level of the feral ghoul, not the player, so any locations with ghouls that are specifically set to be low level will not wear hats. 

A second version is provided that will make ALL low-level ferals wear traffic cone hats if you like :)

As for glowing ones, the standard glowing one will wear a traffic cone hat, and the other two kinds (putrid and bloated) will wear buckets.
