Adds high heel sound from [High Heels Sound - Fallout 4 Edition](https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/12379) footstep to Nuka Girl Space outfit and operators dress. Yeah, 7 years later. The hell are people modding and how did no one notice this? Both uses the normal heel sound, I was going to add the "clicky" version to nuka girl, but there is one set of foot step that sounds off and really annoys my ears. So I retracted and went with the normal heels sounds instead.

NOTE: Compatible with all Texture and mesh replacers, and anything that buffs or changes nuka girl or operators stats. This mod makes changes to armor addon entry which almost no mod will ever touch.
