Provided is a PDF file containing all the information, proposed configuration and list of recommended mods to achieve the maximum performance from the FO4 game. 

If your PC configuration is similar to mine, the visuals you'll get are really stunning and the game will run smoothly.

Attached are also my basic and simple settlement blueprints, if you are not interested in spending your time on this aspect of the game. For the following sttlements, you'll need to use the console ~scrapall before applying the blueprint: Sanctuary, RR, Sunshine, Finch Farm, Crossing, Island, Jamaica, Coastal Cottage, Murkwater, Covenant, and Egret Tours.
