You may need to start a new game for the outfits to appear for already existing Minutemen (or just use the resurrect command on them). Newly spawned Minutemen should work as intended.

• Minutemen will wear Multicam Modern Military attire
• All relevant Minutemen NPCs should wear the Multicam Modern Military attire like Ronnie Shaw, Preston, Clint, MM Radio Announcer, etc.
• The gear the Minutemen wear has a couple of changes such as: stat tweaks, weight adjustments, keywords added, etc.
• (Optional) Covers FCOM-related Minutemen as well
• (Optional) Covers WATM-related Minutemen as well; Load both files after WATM
• ESL-flagged ESP file; so you can change where you want it in your load order without it counting towards your ESP plugin limit
