    This is a patch to make Radical COA Addon play nice with Lunar Fallout Overhaul

    Weapons tweaked to be in line with Lunar Fallout Overhaul Balance
    NPCs tweaked to be in line with Lunar Fallout Overhaul balance
    Crafting tweaked to be in line with Lunar Fallout Overhaul balance
    Instead of spawning rocks that you have to take to the chem bench, shard ammo is now loot
    Instead of having to craft radioactive bolts, Railroad variant gun just uses Railway Spikes

    For now, armor balance has been left as is- please provide feedback if you find it overpowered/underpowered
