Glitchfinder's doing a great job with the People Live In series, but for people wanting to do a survival playthrough with loot a bit more limited, the loot on those mods is a bit much. Luckily, it's not hard to tweak.

This is a simple patch that disables about half of the statically placed loot from the mod.
