There's a completely wrong bait in the capturing cages / cat traps in Wasteland Workshop.   
I fixed it so they actually will work.

♥ Fixes the cat trap model to be way more realistic  
♥ Changes the meat in the workshop cat trap to cardboard boxes for ultimate realism
