This mod was originally from "NAC X and Fallout 2287 Gas Masks of the Wasteland compatibility patch" but the weather flags were set wrong. This update  corrects the flag logic for generating radiation and precipitation weather data with the appropriate weather group. To put it in simple terms, it removes the wrong weather flags and adds the right ones so that NAC/GMTW 2287 can apply the radiation effect correctly.
