People have always ~~annoyingly~~ asked me to do a Gunner replacer with one of the Shadow Company armor mods... and Navarro2313's mod wins! Mainly because of the inclusion of the Juggernaut outfit 

You may need to start a new game for the outfits to appear for already existing Gunners (or just use the resurrect command on them). Newly spawned Gunners should work as intended.

• The Gunners will wear Shadow Company attire

• Various armor that the NPCs wear have had their stats tweaked

• Various armor that the NPCs wear gain ap_Legendary & Combat Armor misc mod compatibility (It already has ballistic weave compatibility by the way)

• Added "Shadowed Gloves" for aesthetic reasons

• ESL-flagged ESP file; so you can change where you want it in your load order without it counting towards your ESP plugin limit
