I couldn't find a mod that changed the Combat helmet, to add the commonly seen hood when it is worn by the BoS, so I did it myself.  
  
It makes changes to the base combat armour helmet modifications and the helmet itself without editing the mesh.  
  
It's acquired when putting the brotherhood armour modification on the helmet.

Adds the BoS hood to the combat helmet when it is the Brotherhood variant
