A weapon born of misery. A device so drenched in sorrow it can freeze opponents in their tracks. The wretched stain of stagnation permeates one's very being. How did such a cruel weapon get created? Who could've made something so depressing?

The answer is me of course! I've been planning this for months, yet only made it because I thought April Fools Day was yesterday and then realized that as usual I was the Fool in the month of April. So I managed to somehow make the thing in about 3 hours.

It can be found in a cardboard box near the Reactor in the Yangtze, Because something something Submarine, and I make too many things for the Nucleus, so I thought I'd mix it up

This is a reference to The Yellow Submarine if it wasn't obvious, Its a tad overpowered, but in an unusual way, for it deals almost no damage, but it paralyzes targets for 20 seconds, it also has infinite ammo, so have fun lads!

...Now if only someone were to make the matching outfit. I have need of it.
