**What This Mod Does:**  
- Replaces Frag Grenade, Frag Mine, and BaseballBat in the world with the BH Grenade Pack counterparts Using Base Object Swapper.  
- Items have a 25% chance to swap  
  
- Adds the Grenade and Mine to the appropriate leveled list and from lists  
  
- Adds a Shelf to display the Grenades on :)  
  
- **Base Object Swapper Only swaps items in the world, Items in containers/inventory will not be affected**
