Plugin for Operation Anchorage added, includes the T51-b and Stealth suit

What this mod does
This mod edits helmets with goggles and visors so that the wearer's eyes may be seen through them, and reshapes small helmets so that they fit heads better.

Install info
Simply unzip the folder into the DATA folder, and overwrite as prompted.

Compatibility
This mod IS NOT compatible with texture and mesh replacers for the helmets it affects.
Installing one of these mods over TransparenSEE will result in the visor effects being reverted to their previous "Black Out" styles. Installing TransparenSEE over these will result in mismatched textures for helmets and body armor if a set is affected by the replacer.

Known Issues
The Wastehound helmet has two dark spots on the female version, and the goggles are opaque on the male version, and minor clipping on the back of the head on both versions.
