Tesla Enclave Soldier is well read to help you out with your fights his motives are unknown but he is here to help. like the others he can be found at the springvale school in the parking lot near the play sets, he comes with the basic commands like Follow, Wait, Bye,  and Trade, he has a Plasma Rife to aid you.
