Bugs/Incompatibilities:
These are just texture files so no bugs. Worst case scenario it'll just overwrite another sign mod you've got. That's only if you already had one, to begin with of course. Which is very unlikely as I haven't seen any mods that replace sign textures or change the mesh drastically for as long as I can remember.
Mod recommendation:
SpeedyB64's Fallout Street Lights with Skaimy's patch from the comment section to fix most if not all of the mean bugs. With this mod you'll get a nice flickering light effect on the school sign to give it some more life. It also adds a TON of more lights around the wasteland mainly to light poles. I recommend merging the patch into the main mod with FO3Edit, if that's too much work for you then you can simply change the record flag of Skaimy's esp to an esm. Make sure to load it right after StreetLights.esm.
Kudos:

I'll reward it to anyone posting screenshots or videos of the mod in action!
That also includes any valid bug reports in the comments. Bugs caused by my mod, and not incompatibilities with other mods, to be precise.
