Description

Hotkey for radio on/off switch and station switcher, with static sound effects to make it more immersive.

Comes with GNR, EnclaveRadio & Agatha - but can work with any custom radio using addons.
Make sure to download the addon pack for external radios. (there's also a downloadable guide of how to make your own)

You can change the hotkeys, they are default at B for toggle and N for station switching.

Requires FOSE.

Notes

* There is a bug in fallout, where radio get stuck in a station instead of switching, to go around it had to force pass that song. (this either happens to enclave/agatha radios)
* In order to fix several bugs, I had to modify RadioEnclave main quest file - so it will conflict with any mods that tweak it.
* Also if RadioEnclave is destroyed (MQ09.RRDestroy == 1), this mod will enable it and set it to static.
It only does this once, so this is fully compatible with mods that set "RadioEnclaveRef.SetBroadcastState 1" after destruction.

Install

  1. Unzip it in Data folder

  2. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file you want.

  3. Make sure you have have "bInvalidateOlderFiles=1" in your FALLOUT.ini file.
(which is usually in the "my games" directory in drive C)

  4. Make sure it is loaded after any radios
