The converter can be used to convert any type of energy weapon ammunition to any other type, including the alien ammunition from Mothership Zeta. At first only the most common power cells are available, but you can scan in new cells to add them to the menu. To avoid unbalancing the game too much, the conversion efficiency is 80% on most cells, but drops to 10% for alien power cells and mezmetron cells.

Adds a power cell converter to the Sewer Waystation, to convert energy weapon ammunition to different types (Mothership Zeta needed).
