Tis yet another mod. Hopefully I can get everything right. It is an out door home/village for the player to hopefully enjoy.It's basically a revamped version of http://fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=6083

I really liked it but I needed more space.I like outside homes. And inspired me to add more.
All of it is fully navmeshed.
Only requirement is fallout 3 for main and addons.

Addons are altered mods I can't script to save a radroach yet(but I am still trying)

You don't have to have both mods as they are both fully navmeshed and having their own npc's and guards. Though I recommend both so caravan stops by the main city.

Outlook Commons

Player's room should be off limits to npc's. 4 guards each on their own patrol routes.Front gate guard. Several npc's have moved in as well, each with their own place and routines.

Meatwad

Meatwad is a brahmin, much stronger than a humanoid can become, therefore he can carry alot o' stuff. I think like 600. Though he's essential. He will follow you to dlc's.

is awesome just wanted more carrywieght.

here, and a couple other merchants set up shop as well.Merchant families have their own place to stay. Caravans stop by merchant gate. Guard and dog have patrol route.
