The Wasteland is a harsh environment, but there are oases of life, from Dr. Li's experiments with hydroponics to the phenomenon of the Oasis itself. Now you've brought something from those two areas home to Megaton, your very own Apple Tree to brighten up your filthy shack.  
  
Make sure it gets enough light, prune it annually, and water it regularly, and in a short time you'll have fresh apples.  
  
The Apple Tree is activated at its base, and in exchange for three (3) Purified Waters, in one day will drop four or five delicious fresh apples to the floor.   
  
As for interfering with the themes, the only thing there was a small green end table, which I just moved over a few inches. In the photos, Wadsworth's console is moved over due to an unreleased mod I made for my Megaton home. It's not moved by this mod.  
  
As soon as a new patch comes out to fix what's wrong with 1.5, I'll be free to place this tree outside one's Megaton Home or elsewhere. Suggestions welcome.  
  
Version 1.1 The Apple Tree can now be watered with two Aqua Pura from DCL Broken Steel. If you don't have any Aqua Pura you won't see the option. Original version still available.  
  
Version 2.0 presents BM06: My Megaton Apple Tree Quest. In this quest, upon successful completion of the Oasis Quest, near the exit to Harold's garden you will find a Harvest Sack which contains a single Apple Seed. Back in your Megaton House a planter box will be placed, and if you plant the seed, in five days time, an Apple Tree will grow, with the same function as the original.  
  
Version 2.1 added a Pip Boy image for the Apple Seed to the BM06 Apple Tree Quest.
