Makes the Insta-Kill Magnum Playable, and changes the name. Now will Autoload into your inventory no console codes needed.
Latest Version fixes an error where mod was recompiling game scripts I don't know if this caused problems but you should download the updated version. 
Which really is just the Mysterious Stranger 44 Magnum with no scope and a massive amount of damage.

Copy the esp to your Fallout 3 data folder and activate it in your mod manger. 
Use the console command to add to your inventory and don't forget about the ammo.
