Adds a geiger counter to the game, this is mostly for those who want to use my
Radiation - Silent Killer mod The geiger counter starts crackling when near radiation, but does not show the level of radiation, but more crackling means more radiation. The item will be added to your inventory as soon as you have left vault 101.

If you are already using my aforementioned radiation mod please update it before installing this mod.
