*O.K., it's been some time, since the Rivet City guards had that "allergic reaction", about me taking stuff from garbage, so* *it's probably o.k., to take "another look". What ? Empty ? ?!*  
  
**Requirements:**  
* Point Lookout DLC

  
**Usage:**  
Copy the .esp to your data folder, and activate it.  
  
**Compatibility:**  
Everything that doesn't change those containers.  
  
  
**Why ?**  
Because it's strange that taking stuff from trash, is a crime. And I didn't like the idea, that those dumpsters are just laying there empty, after just one use.  
  
**Where ?**  
Any Garbage Can, Trash Bin that game and Point Lookout DLC use.  
  
**How ?**  
By changing item ownership in those containers to player, and marking them as respawnable.

Garbage Cans, and Trash Bins are player-owned, and respawn.
