I am quite.. Proficient about knowing stuff for this mod, if you have any questions just ask (Since most of its J3x's, and he's done with modding, if you have a question just ask me please before you thmubs me down. Most common asked question is how to change the type of soldier. It says this in the readme included, but here's the simple part. The codes to get different things are below.

File Description

This file, quite plain and simply, alters that of Enclave Commander 0.8

I found that 0.9 was glitchy, so I reverted back to Enclave Commander 0.8.
When I did, I found that the soldiers have snowwy armor in the wasteland. When coupled with FWE, I notice that the American Army also has gauss rifles, laser rifles, and plasma rifles. I decided that isn't very realistic, nor very effecient (seeing as I use an assault rifle, and I can use all the 5.56 ammo I can get).

So, I decided to optimize them to use weapons and armor that are more FWE (and 5.56) friendly.

I don't know why I decided to require all FWE DLC files and DLCs, but if someone out there is feeling odd about all these weird high-tech weapons and creepy armor, I made this (mostly for myself) and for you.

Here's pretty much the entire changelog (it ONLY affects American soldiers)

UNITED STATES ARMY CHANGELOG

Standard Infantry (Strike Squads and Command Squads use 2 of these)

  • Have an automatic assault rifle and 270 rounds of 5.56
  • Have a 10mm pistol and 32 or 36 rounds with them
  • Have Combat Armor Mark II Heavy armor and gas mask

Heavy "Minigunners" (Strike Squad has 1, fire support has 2)

  • Gave them rocket launchers instead, because I prefer those instead of miniguns, mainly for the fact I only use 1 strike squad at a time usually.
  • Gave them 10mm pistol with some ammo
  • Gave them T-51b power armor

Light Rocket Troops (One in Fire Support squad)

  • Only change is that I accidently gave them mark II heavy combat armor instead of T51. This is because in the origonal Anchorage 0.8 they had combat armor instead of T51's, and this is annoying and difficult to change.

Officer

  • Now weilds the lost Minigun we know and love.

CHANGES FOR EVERYTHING BUT UNITED STATES

  • BoS Officers now have T51c armor

  • Enclave Officers now have Enclave Armor Mark I and a "Small Gun"

  • Outcasts officers now have T51c armor

Updates

  • 1.1
    ... Added advanced power armors to BoS, Enclave, and Outcast Officers
    ... Added Minigun to United States army Officers
    ... Not so many add-ons required!

Note

This was for my own good, and I just decided I'd upload it. If you guys want anything else, I'd gladly add to it as long as I agree that it'd be better to have that (if I can even do it. I suck at modding)

Requirements

  • Calibr

  • Fallout Wanderer's Edition (FWE)

  • FOSE (Required for FWE, and for Enclave Commander)

  • Update 1.7 is the only one it's been tested on

Load Order

-Fallout.esm
-CRAFT
-Calibr
-DLC's
-FWE
-Any other Addons
-Enclave Commander 08 FWE . . . . .~ MY FILE. Do not include the other one(s)
Overwrite any old version!

Installation

-Make sure you have all of FWE & Enclave Commander installed correctly
-Drag my .esp into your Bethesda Softworks\Fallout3\Data folder
-Drag the textures and meshes folder into Bethesda Softworks\Fallout3\Data
-Check it as your data file in FOMM (or the origonal Data Files)

Uninstallation

  • Uncheck Enclave Commander 08 FWE.esp

  • Delete Enclave Commander 08 FWE.esp from your \Data folder.

It'd be great if you all would suggest changes, or invite me to help with a mod, because I suck pretty bad at modding and I want to get better with a project that's worthwhile, 'cause all good ideas have been taken now (Except one, but I'm too nooby at the GECK to even consider that mod).
