Installation: Drop the content into your Fallout 3\Data folder.  
  
Uninstallation: Delete Dragonskin Tactical Vest.esp from your data folder and DragonskinTacticalVestMale.nif and DragonskinTacticalVestFemale.nif from your Fallout 3\Data\meshes\DADragonskin\armour folder.
