**Description**  
Do you want to know how Burnt and his gang are going to celebrate the birthday of Grumpy? And what surprise has Happy prepared? And what happened to Snow White?  
  
  
**Details**  
It's a location with some history. The player will be offered to go to a birthday party of Grumpy. He's a gnome. Garden gnome. However, like almost all the inhabitants of our location.

**Install**  
1. Extract the files from the archive.  
2. Copy files to (install folder)\Fallout 3\Data\  
3. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file.  
  
  
**Uninstall**  
1. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file.  
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.  
  
Fallout 3\Data\Mod-Tec - Abandoned House - Eng.esp  
  
  
**Compatibility**  
No compatiblity issues so far.
