Description
the way that I do this is by lowering the health of every
npc and creature in the game including the player.
base health is 11 for you and 10 for npcs
health bonus is [endurance x 0.5]
weapon damage was also lowered for example 10mm
pistol does 3 damage. I can confirm that this makes
the game harder because, I was killed at least
twice escaping vault 101
