This preset requires AppearanceChangeUnlocker and It's required mods to load in game. 
And for the full look with body, hair and outfit etc, check the "requirements" tabs for what mods you need.

1. Download the file in the "files" tab. The latest version should be the main one at the top.
2. Open the .zip file with WinRar, 7-Zip or other preferred zip/rar manager, and then locate the "Techie.preset" file. 
3. To install the mod, locate Cyberpunk\bin\x64\plugins\cyber_engine_tweaks\mods\AppearanceChangeUnlocker\character-preset\female and then just drop it in there, and the preset should be right there when you start a new character or edit your character later.
