****Summary****I have used AI to change almost every line of dialogue from Takemura to match Kazuma Kiryu. 
They both use pretty gratuitous English and an overly serious and formal delivery which I thought made them work well together.
This is just a voice, no model.

If you have any mods that alter Takemura's voice lines, they will conflict with this. Otherwise there should be no issues.

VersionsThere is an English and a Japanese version of this mod. Only pick one.
Attached as well is an archive that replaces Oda's voice with Goro Majima's. I don't think it sounds that great so it's optional.

Limitations

• The aforementioned gratuitous English sometimes confuses the AI which usually leads to syllables merging into one another.

• In their infinite wisdom CDPR bakes audio effects into voice lines so I intentionally left out Takemura's call dialogue because it sounds pretty rough. There's probably some lines with echo or whatever in that sound bad but I'm not sure how to remove the echo to fix the translation.

• I accidently left call dialogue in the Japanese version but I'll leave it in unless people really don't like it.

• Kiryu's signature monotone voice has the disadvantage of the AI struggling when Takemura talks in a higher pitch. This happens a lot more in the English version than the Japanese version.



Version 1.2English version is now fixed so Takemura doesn't earblast you whenever he's in the room.

This will probably be the last update unless there's some other major issue with the mod.

His voice may be altered but it's worth highlighting the amazing job done by Rome Kanda in voicing both the English an the Japanese localizations of Takemura.
He's hosted his own game show "I Survived a Japanese Game Show" as well as having a ton of other credits. He also teaches Samurai sword fighting in Los Angeles which is pretty cool.

Kazuma Kiryu is voiced by the legendary Takaya Kuroda! He's a very talented man who's been in Yakuza, Pokemon Masters, Final Fantasy XV, Fallout 4, and a ton of other things.
