Clown nose is on by default, as it should be. To put on your clown makeup switch to complexion 4.

INSTALLATION & REQUIREMENTS

A brain

Simply copy the contents from inside the .zip file into your Cyberpunk main directory. 
Vortex is also supported.

To uninstall, run Uninstall_ClownV.cmd in ModUninstallers.
