**Introduction**  
Here is the save file I use when I try to make new builds. The save file starts in the Phantom Liberty main questline when free roaming in Dogtown is possible and vendors sell Iconic cyberware. The character is maxed out and starts of clean with limited resources. Down below is a more detailed description.

* Lucretia my Reflection (free roam in Dogtown)
* Chimera core displayed in V's appartment

  
**Character progression**  
* Max level 60 and street credit 50
* Maximum 82 perk points: all 13 perk shards found
* Maximum 81 attribute points
* Relic points 4 (main quest, fast travel point)
* Skill progression maxed out

  
**Extra bonusses**  
* Bought all permantent buffs from vendors in Dogtown, except quest related ones
* Equiped universal useful legendary clothing
* Cyberware fully cleared out

  
**Resources**  
* Minimal crafting components
* Money 15000


This save file is for people who want to skip the intro to freely roam in Dogtown or who like to test out new builds.
