better dash zero deceleration

Makes dashing and air dashing always available without having to spend perk points on them. Can dash infinitely. They consume no stamina and are they are not affected from it. Optional file for no deceleration as well.  
  
 **BetterDash**  
  
Base file, infinite dashing, no stamina consumtion etc.  
  
**BetterDashZeroDeceleration**  
  
Optional addon, sets Deceleration to 0. Makes the dashes feel a lot smoother and faster. You can use it on its own if you don't care about the infinite stuff.  
  
  
**Demonstration**  
  
Dashing infinitely without consuming stamina and air dashing infinitely without having to touch the ground.

For those worried that they'll be missing out on the "30% more dash speed" if they don't max out the Air Dash perk, it doesn't seem that it actually does anything lol. Like every dash's stat value remains the same as far as I can tell.

**Installation**  
  
* Download and install [redscript](https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/1511).
* Download and install [Cyber Engine Tweaks](https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/107)if you want to use zero deceleration as well.
* Download the mod. Unzip its contents and drop it in your game's root folder.
* Should look like this: \Cyberpunk 2077\r6\scripts\BetterDash.reds
* If you downloaded zero deceleration as well, its path should look like this:
* Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64\plugins\cyber\_engine\_tweaks\mods\BetterDashZeroDecelaration
