This fills the OutfitSlots.NecklaceTight slot of Equipment Ex. In the vanilla game, it takes up the face slot. An optional file adds the item to the NECKWEAR slot instead (aka you can have ONLY ONE version installed at a time).
The original meshes and appearances are from Echorra, I just set them up to be in ArchiveXL and Equipment Ex.
