Blow up the Steel Watch Foundry without needing Wulbren or Zanner. Useful workaround if those characters are bugged for you. 

Adds 1 runepowder bomb to the tutorial chest. For use with Wesslen's Tutorial Chest Summoningmod. 

In my recent playthrough the Gondian Zanner Toobin wouldn't speak to me and Wulbren wasn't showing up in act 3, so I couldn't disable the steel watch. So I made this mod as a workaround. Maybe it will help you too. Or you can just enjoy the free explosive.

To use, interact with the neurocitor in the Steel Watch Foundry with the runepowder bomb already in your inventory.
