Another very simple mod that seek to balance pickpocketing and make it more realistic.

Intended to be played with Realistic Carry Weight for a more traditional inventory management.

Pickpocketing Tweaks Realistic

  • Increase the weight to modifier constant from .2 to .8
  • Decrease the price to modifier constant from .5 to .4 (have the opposite effect of weight to modifier, so yeah, decreased)
  • Increase the price ceiling from 1000 to 1200

  • Decrease the weight to modifier constant from .2 to .18

  • Increase the price to modifier constant from .5 to .6

  • Increase the price ceiling from 1000 to 2000

**Legacy versions**

Pickpocketing Tweaks Exponential (legacy)

  • Decrease the price to modifier constant from .5 to .25

  • Increase the price ceiling from 1000 to 1200

Pickpocketing Tweaks (legacy)

Roughly makes it 25-30% harder.

First thing, there is a hard cap of 30 for the Dice Check that I can't increase, therefore all I did was steeping the curve to make you reach higher difficulty checks sooner.

In details:

  • Increase pickpocketing Price DC from 20 to 24

  • Decrease pickpocketing Minimum DC from 5 to 4

  • Decrease the price to modifier constant from .5 to .4(yes, decreased, I know it's counter intuitive)

  • Increase the weight to modifier constant from .2 to .25

  • Increase the price ceiling from 1000 to 1200

Do note that all of these values are not to be taken literally, they mostly alter the formula to difficulty checks.
Eg. Pickpocketing minimum DC doesn't set a minimum difficulty to your Dice Checks. And the increase in value ceiling (MaxPrice) is not a limit of value you can pickpocket, but rather the value after which the difficulty doesn't increase further.

I tried to alter other values but nothing was satisfying or noticeable, I still left every Pickpocket key references in the mod, if you want to tweak it you have an easy access.
