Changes Hamarhraft to be stronger & more unique.

Let me show you its features:

• Enchantment +1

• Stronger version of Refined Vaulting, +3 meters (10 feet) jump distance (this can stack)
  - Shockwave damage upgraded to d6 Cantrip scaling; Shockwave toggle set to on by default and moved to passives shade rather than bonus bin

• Grounded Thunder Strike: Deal weapon damage +3d8 Thunder to a target and push it back 4.5 meters (15 feet), target still takes half the Thunder damage on miss, once per short rest

This mod should be compatible with anything that doesn't change the weapon properties of Hamarhraft
