Changed most of the Armors from common/rare to Very rare. With abilities and stats on-par with the rating.  
All armors and Clothes can be bought from Vendors, or be found in the Tutorial Chest.

This mod has the main focus of changing the Armors and Clothes in CactusBack0's wonderful mod. From being items mostly for appearances, into being some more-useful end-game items.
