**Summary**  
  
Arcane Recovery, Create Spell Slot [1], and Natural Recovery now work with 6th level spell slots. With so many ways to get extra casts of 6th level spells, it's inconsistent for class features to have this limitation.

* Create Sorcery Points and Create Spell Slot now have short rest cooldowns.
