My makeup mod is taken as a basis. The standalone version of scars is technically unrealizable so far. The Unique Tav mod also does not support scars yet. So, alas, we have to be content with replacers. This mod is more for screenshots than for gameplay, because it will replace all scars in the game. 

Requirements:
Unique Tav Custom Appearance - needed for makeup

Installation:
Extract the contents of the zip into your Data folder (disk:\steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data)
Makeup is not arranged in a order, so you will have to find the right option manually.
