Better Notebooks & Letters
==========================


Better Notebooks & Letters aims to enhance the ARK experience by adding several varieties of in-game notebooks, journals, and letters! These are perfect for leaving messages for friends or raiders, communicating with other tribes, and roleplay servers.


### Journal


The journal is the simplest addition: draft a title, custom description, and several pages of content. Once you're done you can sign your journal to prevent any future changes!


### Document


The document is an item that allows for a title, short description, and a single page of content. It's key feature is allowing multiple signatures, enabling the creation of contracts and other documents that require signing by multiple players.


### Envelope


The envelope is a simple item that allows players to seal any other form of note, be it a journal or document! Simply by dragging an envelope over a non-blank note, a player will be prompted to give the envelope a name, recipient, and then signature. Once this is completed the note will be sealed away in the envelope until another player opens it, easily allowing players to identify mail that may have been read by others!

Configuration Options
---------------------


Better Notebooks & Letters allows for a variety of config options! You can use [Mod Menu](https://www.curseforge.com/ark-survival-ascended/mods/ap-mod-menu) for real-time in-game configuration, or the [ini options](https://curseforge.com/linkout?remoteUrl=https%253a%252f%252fdocs.elkayy.net%252fbetternotes%252fINISettings) if you prefer.
